Christian's Northern Pizza

Banana peppers,
garlic sausage,
green onion,
yellow bell pepper,
herb and garlic cream cheese,
mozzerella cheese,
pizza sauce,
mushrooms sliced,
bacon

Make your dough, then let it sit and rise for ten or so minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 475 F, While this is happening it is a good time to chop the veg up. First spread the herb and garlic, over the top of the dough kinda bumpy not even you know! Thick here thin there, then spread your pizza sauce over the top of the cream cheese. Take the garlic sausage and spread it randomly in the sauce, then the yellow pepper, the green onion, banana pepper pieces, mushroom slices and the bacon. Spread nice layer of cheese on top. Put it in the oven for 10-13 minutes depending on your oven, pay attention! So here are some pics of the way that mine turned out, and it tastes great. If you don't like it so hot like my dad, you can leave out the banana peppers, and it will still taste excellent. Happy pizza making....
